Kids like to skate. There is hardly nowhere for them to do this on Kauai. The only public skate park on the whole island has no lights to skate at night, and the people hanging out there are not exactly a great inflence on pre-teens and teenagers. Skate-night is a night where kids can come for free, to have fun, learn about Jesus and make new friends. It occurs from 5pm to 9pm every Friday. Dinner is provided by generous moms in the church who volunteer their time. A short bible study is given around 6:30 or 7pm as well.
